This cleanse is designed to gently cleanse toxins from your liver and gallbladder over the period of one month, but we need to express that not everyone should do a liver cleanse and  we highly recommend that you check with your health care provider first.

The liver filters and removes toxins from the blood, processes most of the nutrients absorbed by the intestines and converts those nutrients into forms that the body can use. The liver regulates the composition of the blood, including the amount of sugar, protein and fat that enter into the bloodstream. Working in conjunction with the gallbladder, which is a pear shaped organ that stores the bile that helps to break down your food.

You will only need 3 ingredients:
Extra Virgin, First Cold Pressed, Organic Olive Oil,
Organic Lemon Juice,
Organic Beets.

This is a two step and slower process of detox than you will see on most websites and the reason is we do not want to overtax your system. So slow and steady wins the race in this case!

Each Day you Eat 1 Beet… there are numerous recipes available online from Beet Salad to Beet Burgers, so use your imagination and have fun with it.

Each Night (before bed) you mix 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil and 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice together and drink it. Room temperature is best and what we recommend.

After consuming the Oil and Lemon mixture you can lay on your right side while falling asleep. Just keep in mind that this cleanse can cause some stomach upset or distress, but most people can tolerate it quite well, again check in with your health care provider if you experience anything unusual.

We also would be remiss if we did not discuss the release of toxic emotions that may arise during your detox. In a spiritual-emotional-energetic sense, the liver and gallbladder are associated with processing anger. Most people do not want to discuss anger let alone explore it. So if your feelings or anger arise during your cleanse just go with the flow, meditate and release the anger along with the other toxins, remember better out than in.
