Healthy and Delicious No-Fat Vegan Salad Dressing


- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste



1. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, water, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
